How do I add a monogram to my order?
On the product page, enter your desired monogram (up to 12 characters) in the monogram field before adding to cart.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at honeybeeboutiquecharleston@gmail.com. We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible once production has begun.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States. Please check back for updates on international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-personalized items in original condition. Monogrammed or customized items are final sale. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
