Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please note that personalized and monogrammed items may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages Honeybee Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at honeybeeboutiquecharleston@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will work to make it right.

Personalized & Monogrammed Items Please note that personalized and monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please double-check your customization details before placing your order.
